      Pros

      Warm community of employees and families.

      Cons

      The school is making drastic cuts to people and programs. Many educators have been laid off over the last three years, and more than 30 employees left in 2024. Cuts in programs and drift away from mission of hands-on, experiential, progressive education has caused anxiety among families and educators about the school's ability to survive.

      It is a nonprofit organization so financial stability ebbs and flows, therefore so do raises and benefits.
