      Such a disappointment

      Pros

      I was able to work from home but unsure it is worth it. The job was easy and hours were good.

      Cons

      My on boarding was a complete disaster. I wasn’t given the job I interviewed for, I wasn’t given a computer or any other equipment for two weeks, and no one from HR would return my phone calls! Constant changes, little direction, no raises as promised. They got rid of a co-worker who knew the programs better than anyone, been there the longest, I could go on and on.

      This company truly cares about the patients.

      Cons

      A lot. Work culture is awful, employees are not treated overly well, turnover is insane, and benefits are TERRIBLE. Upper management is also a joke and favoritism is HUGE.

      Large company with broad range of services and opportunity for growth. Great co-workers. Management encourages and welcomes new ideas and expects exceptional patient care. Competitive salary and benefits. A pleasure to be a part of a company that values and expects excellence.

      I cannot think of any. Suggestions for any concerns are always welcomed.
