There's a high turnover of staff and people disappear for no apparent reason. * Pay is below market, and they’ll do whatever they can to avoid giving raises or bonuses, even when they’ve already been promised. * Some of the senior people are obsessed with AI. People are viewed as replaceable. Most company-wide emails now feel like they were written by ChatGPT. Spoiler alert: they probably were.
