You can work from home.

Cons

Management is awful and will treat you like you aren’t a human being. You’ll dread waking up everyday to log on. Very high stress and turnover for terrible pay. Management will tear you down, your regular meetings will be negative performance reviews rather than trying to cultivate and develop skills. Triangulation and lack of transparency within management. Never suffered such bad mental health while working for a company.

You will definitely be stretched to learn and grow as a marketer in whatever position you're in.

Cons

Not a lot of solidified processes. Going through a rough employment season. Seems like everyone is juggling a lot of plates.
