      Everyone is on freelance contracts so you are not even employed

      Pros

      Free access to any courses which is great. Allows you to learn and work. The community is welcoming and kind.

      Cons

      Expected to do so much work for so little pay. Preaching about freedom based business' but then watch your screen. Training was inadequate and some management felt intimidating and unprofessional.

      This company help other people gain their certification to become an accredited life coach. TCM is a tech-ed company that rapidly growing.

      Cons

      However the way they do campaigns are tedious and overwhelming for the creative people in the company. the deadlines are mostly tight and sudden last minute changes always occur.
