      It's quiet busy most of the time, so you have to be able to work under pressure.

      you learn a lot, you have nice people around you, they respect your break times, schedules are mostly fair and agreeable

      Cons

      salary is basic, it can be a lot to be a sous chef cause its not a much better pay but there are more responsibilities, thats maybe the only way to get higher in the company
