      Located in a wealthy area so tips tend to be higher than in other places, staff is young and eclectic, aesthetically pleasing restaurant.

      Busy all the time; be prepared to work hard and there’s a lot of moving around and moving back and forth from the host/hostess stand to the kitchen. Good teamwork Good population/good guests; customers Repeat customers Great location for breakfast/lunch Known as a *BRUNCH spot

      No time to sit down. No time to eat throughout your shift. Cannot use your cell phone at all. Does not accept reservations- walk-in/first-come, first-serve basis only- all the time
