Pros
I can honestly say, hand on heart, that there are no real pros to working in this business
Cons
You need to be a self-starter here, as nothing is handed to you. I didn’t mind that, but what makes it worse is that you’re often competing with your own directors for business—they tend to keep deals for themselves rather than support you. There’s no training or progression offered. Despite being in business for over seven years, the company has never grown beyond 15 people, largely due to high turnover. Please do thorough research before considering a role here. Also, be aware that their marketing team posts fake reviews online. None of the employees seem happy here, and it’s a frequent topic of conversation in the office about what a disappointing place this is to work.
