Pretty good pay plan at the time once you figure out what's important, decent benefits for travel
Cons
More administrative stuff than usual timeshare marketing job that pulls you away from production Tech stack/computer systems and software can be wonky... gremlins are in the internet.

-flexible in terms of when and how much you want to work -pays well compared to similar tutoring companies and offers raises
Cons
-class material is not always very helpful/useful -sometimes felt like the only benefits of working for the company (rather than tutoring privately) were their office and them acting as translators for the parents
