Pros
Great food and drinks! Comfortable, laid back atmosphere. Near the beach. Good hours, not open too late so workers leave at a reasonable time.
Cons
Not very busy in day time. Lots of "dead" time. Hard to get shifts covered with small server and bartender staff. Credit card tips are received on pay check.
