Pros
The Creamery provides free transportation to all staff that works night shift. This was a benefit that I took for granted but it's definitely the best one.
Cons
There's a shift that ranges from 12h00 to 20h30 and it's a very tricky shift for people that do not have a car. I see why the company did it because it means they are not responsible to get you home but it's a very awkward shift.
