Poor prospects and incompetent management

Pros

Working environment is good and offers flexibility. The diversity is also something to note at the institute.

Cons

Staff turnover is very high due to no job security, no transparent (or lack of all together) salary increases and promotions and generally bad management. The new president seems to want to change things, but the people below him are incompetent and drive people away.

Good working hours. Flexible schedule. Nothing else.

Cons

Micromanaging. Bad HR department, no caring for people, they only push their people to get a higher rank-place and raise within the Organization. Bad communication. No place to grow. They don't appreciate their employees. No salary raise.
