      Escape! 15 people left the company in the past 3 months!

      Pros

      - Communication in English, and they have a lot of scrums; although they are doing this wrong!

      Cons

      A lot of people (around 15) left the company lately, people in Machine learning team, people in design team, a lot of people in the mobile team, and frontend left all! and most of the backend left too! because the management is so bad, salaries are so bad, you get good salary only if you are a friend of the CEO

      - Good resources - Using Agile and daily standups - Working with different nationalities

      - High turn over - Very stressful working environment - No work/life balance - Salaries less than Egyptian market, and irrelevant to effort, skills and experience - Lack of teamwork, employees work against each other rather than together - Unprofessional managers

      I wish I could find something nice to say.

      Cons

      Haider Ghaleb is the CEO of the company and he is a scammer. Never work with him. He is not professional and has zero knowledge. You will work 24 hours per day and won't get paid. My colleagues and I worked for a couple of months without pay. He disappeared and refused to pay us.
