      Working remotely, until they unexpectedly move you to a different position not remote.

      Where do I even start? I wouldn't even give 1 star but you have to for a review.

      Remote work and decent benefits

      Cons

      Employees are overworked and stressed. No professional development at all. Poor organizational structure. Fills leadership positions with those not suited for the responsibilities.

      Decent pay for a small agency Emphasizes good health outside of the workplace Young, energetic, and friendly employees

      Cons

      Nepotism Some employees were hired to quickly without being thoroughly interviewed for their position Some employees are just sitting on contracts; don't provide any value Some management sweep employee issues under the rug to "save face" All contracts are federal, which is a difficult beast to manage in and of itself. No opportunities for upward mobility
