      Pros

      -Lots of opportunity to learn and become more specialised if you want to. I don't feel that there's a better place to work in the UK as a DPO if you want to obtain 20 years worth of experience in 5 years. -Above average salaries -Business is growing fast and i think the delivery standards are a strong reason why

      Cons

      -Working remote can be tough, Even with in person regional meetups once a month and the All Hands get togethers.

      -Strong brand recognition on a CV -Good HR benefits -DPOs are well remunerated (especially if negotiated well), and seem respected by the business

      Cons

      -Very little recognition, mixed with usual unrealistic expectations and low remuneration for most office staff -“Unless I get fired by then” or some variation is something I’ve heard said from people in every department besides the DPOs -High turnover among office staff -Very quiet, formal office environment, a keep your head down mentality

      Pros

      The company dynamic is really friendly, there are clear paths that allow individuals to create development plans for themselves. Procedures are very well structured too. CEO is approachable, humble, and doesn’t put himself on a pedestal.

      Can’t think of many, I’m very happy here!
