Closing up shop at 3pm allows you to enjoy the remainder of the day. The front of house team is efficient in ensuring service isn’t delayed. Somewhat liveable wages depending on one’s circumstances. A meal is provided for every shift. Free coffee. Decent health insurance coverage.
Cons
They will undermine those that put forth effort and uplift those who provide mediocre work. They also provide far more grace to favored employees than those who put 100% effort and care into their work. Management expects more from those they mistreat than what they are capable of themselves. Blatant favoritism and disregard for tenured and loyal/reliable employees. Ignorance to unprofessional habits and ineffective team management strategies. Disingenuous and awkward attempts to overlook the distance between management and employees.
