Pros

you can miss work with no punishment, come in late no punishment, take off and leave at anytime needed (with no pay)...

Cons

non stop lying from co-workers to upper management, endless broken promises, no matter how hard you work their are no rewards nor raises unless the upper management likes you as a person not as a good employee, benefits SUCK! after 6 months you can get insurance, health insurance is crazy expensive if you have a family, they do not contribute to insurance at all, you get 1 week off a year after you are employed with them for a year... sick time is the same. this list can go on and on. this is by far the WORST company i have ever worked for.

Cons

You get yelled at, they don't answer the phones and call you back, don't pay their bills on time, lights, phones, gas, cable turned off every other month

Pros

The management is very competent. The Dalmark Group started as a management company but also development, particularly specializing in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit deals with a few market-rate projects. The company was built from the ground up with capital raised by the founder and principal for his first tax credit project. Dalmark arose during the housing boom and bubble of the early 2000s, but maintained conservative underwriting standards and a strong portfolio. The recession hardly touched the Dalmark Group.

Cons

As a small company, sometimes there is not much to do to keep everyone happy and busy. During down economic times, business is scaled back to a snail's pace, but they are still a strong company who should be around for years to come.
