      Good Starting Place, But Don't Linger

      Pros

      - Completely remote. - Team is friendly and cooperative. - Technically-interesting projects. - Fair compensation. - Overtime is well-compensated.

      Cons

      - The biggest con is there's no standard process to follow and that things are done so haphazardly. Everyone does things their own way and there's no structure, documentation, or even proper Gitflow. - If you don't set the boundaries right from the start, you might work lots of weekends. - Some members of the managerial team are unprofessional when it comes to handling conflicts. - There is no medical insurance.
