The programme managers at The Dialogue are exceptional; they go above and beyond to ensure that research assistants grow and succeed. Our small team is ambitious but dedicated; we have proved that sometimes all you need is determination. The hybrid work model saved my life. Three days in the office brings a new balance to everyday chaos. This structure not only breeds closeness among teammates but also encourages meaningful conversations and idea sharing. Being allowed to work from home on some days has done wonders for my productivity as well as overall wellbeing. At The Dialogue, they believe in you even when you don’t yourself.
