The management team and colleagues are all helpful and friendly. The manager does not hesitate to guide me through the work process and will also give constructive feedback about my work. The management team would also organize bonding day activities once in a while for team cohesion. They are also quite flexible with work schedules. It's a good place for career switchers who want to step foot into the marketing / tech industry, as long as you have the right attitude to always learn new things.
Cons
Being a startup, you have to be prepared to multi-task and wear multiple hats, as there may be secondary roles to take on, in addition to your primary role. As the working environment consists of other tenants as well, sometimes it could get noisy and disruptive, especially when you are having meetings with clients or managers.
