* At the time when I joined, it was an organization that valued employee wellbeing and had all sorts of policies and practices promoting a healthy work-life balance * Camaraderie and team spirit were always a high point * Good benefits and salary
Cons
Change of leadership resulted in a very different organizational culture, which changed to the worse. One example is the CEO who doesn't bother showing up for the monthly all staff meeting. Collaborative decision-making was replaced by 'my way or the highway' management style. For months employees kept in the dark without communication, decisions being made by CEO without input from those who work close to the subject matter results in poor quality decisions.
