      Great working culture with decent remuneration package and benefits. Management willing to listen to feedback and improve. In-house classroom training provided.

      New start-up company with poor work flow system. Below-average salary and high demand in work quality. Glass ceiling career advancement opportunity. Management lacks focus and fail to prioritise on hitting the right target market for their products.

      Nice place and nothing much

      Cons

      unskilled CTO but he tell he will do 10 times faster than 5 people work but he outsource all the work to his friend he always scared to his job that's the reason he blame the team in front of management
