A very supportive team, you get paid for all the hours you have worked, and you actually get treated with respect
Cons
Can be a bit stressful, they tried to make the environment the best possible for their employs, forgetting in the process about the actual job they need to do, resulting in a bit of panic and therefore ending up stressing the people, instead of setting the clear goals in the beginning
