      DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS, they were done internally after seeing the bad ones

      Cons

      - lying on the contract (says 4 days per week, you work 7) - completely unhinged owner (I'm looking at you Melanie) - management is literally acting like a cult NOTHING in my role was either strategic or senior, I was just reacting to Melanie's antics and dua personalities. The genius owner has 2 email marketing managers that work with clients and they will both leave because the ship is going down. Do not trust the sweet talk at the beginning because it's a literal scam

      - Driven and knowledgeable team - Strong collaboration/supportive environment - Fully remote - 4 day work week

      Cons

      - Despite the four day work week, know that you are still outputting five days of work, which means you need to be on top of things/smaller room for error. - Incentive structure outside of the 4 day work week could be better.

      The Email Marketers has been the best company I’ve ever worked with. What I appreciate most are the relationships we’ve built across each department, the strong connections and shared work ethic. Everyone is incredibly supportive and the company genuinely looks out for us, making sure we feel comfortable, appreciated and well supported.

      Cons

      The Email Marketers is a high-performance environment, so it’s not for everyone, especially if you’re not looking to continuously learn, grow and keep up with the standards.
