A Very Toxic Enviroment

Pros

You can learn a lot in a short amount of time - if you have a thick skin and a high tolerance for stress

Cons

The Emazing Group has always put its bottom line above everything else. Upper management works everyone to the bone, while insisting your best work could be better + make the company more money. This, combined with incompetence at the top levels, has led to a toxic culture - full of stress and anxiety. Many of the most talented employees are left feeling gaslighted when their biggest "wins" are always downplayed and upper management never has their back. Efficiency is knit-picked down to the number of messages that you send in a week and you're always left cleaning up the ever-growing mess created in the name of rapid "growth." I stayed so long because there were a few great people on the team and management always promised change. Most of those great people have now quit and that change never came. If anything, the environment has gotten much worse with time. If you're considering working here, I'd recommend reading the negative reviews. Many of the positive reviews here are either highly encouraged by management or likely fake (just read them. It's not hard to tell)

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Pros

remote work provide you office equipment

Cons

I repeat, avoid this company at all costs. The worst career mistake I've ever made. Fear based management, lack of transparency, micro-management, and mean-girl culture (LOTS OF GOSSIP!) Upper management talks about employees behind their back, and are never transparent with you about how you're doing until they want to fire you. Forget having any type of voice against company veterans, or even speaking out abuse or mistreatment because management will gaslight you and shift you as the problem. I've seen company veterans outwardly and publicly speak badly about other employees, with no repercussions. Also not to mention, this is a remote job, but you are micromanaged hard. Couldn't even step away to use the bathroom without feeling anxious about it. I wish I was kidding. On top of that, unreasonable expectations with little to no resources. I was only at the company for 3 months until they started giving me terrible treatment. The good reviews are ALL fake. If you get hired here, you basically have 2 months to turn everything around, make them a bunch of money, or you're out.

Pros

- company equipment provided - good pay - remote work

Cons

My health and anxiety has skyrocketed within the past couple of days due to the tumultuous actions by my manager. This has never been an environment for me to win. The actions and the way this company has treated me has been a direct result of why my stress and anxiety have increased, being a direct hit to my mental and physical state. This place is nothing but mean girl vibes, if you aren't an extrovert you will be ridiculed for it. Stay away.
