Disorganised, bad leadership, and a toxic work environment.

Pros

Cool to be surrounded by music related work, and got to see free shows from time to time. Most of the people on the team were amazing to work with outside of the leadership.

Cons

Most of the leadership has no idea what they are doing. No actual training in managing people, nor do they really know how to run a business/agency. Toxic egos create tension on projects and amongst teams. The work gets repetitive because leadership chooses to pitch the same work over and over again. Which in turn loses them the pitches, usually. Most of the culture leaves within a year because of the bad working conditions and leadership. They don’t have enough money to hire actually resources so employees are over worked. No actually growth can be seen in a role.
