Pros
The company sucks you in with hospitality. They start by making you feel part of the team. Give you lunch on your first day.
Cons
Owners are only it for themselves, they do not care about their employees. The area where the business is located is horrible, filled with homeless, cats, and pigeons. The pigeons nest on the roof and in the air ducts forcing you to breathe bad air. I got sick going on the roof cleaning the coolers. Not my job but I did because I was afraid of being fired.
