      - Cool projects with high exposure - Flexible working hours - Good learning experience

      Cons

      - Below-market compensation - Toxic environment: passive-aggressive communication styles, gaslighting behaviors and racist team members - Not a place to build a career; upper management plays into favoritism - Be wary if you are contract-based, you will be let go as soon as you complete your term or even sooner

      - Management is a major issue (passive-aggressive, obstinate and at times cruel) - Therapy was needed for team members - Racism behind the scenes from a certain key member of the team - Compensation is well below market
