      I am extremely disappointed with my experience at The Gamification Company. The management displayed a complete lack of professionalism, which was evident in several areas. Firstly, they failed to set up any PF (Provident Fund) accounts, a basic requirement for employee welfare. The salary issues were constant and unresolved, with delays and discrepancies being the norm rather than the exception. The overall unprofessional behavior made the work environment highly stressful and unproductive. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a stable and respectful workplace.

      Pros

      There is a learning curve, but it comes at huge cost.

      Cons

      No increment, bonus, compensation or anything. Constant overtime, pressure 24/7, even on weekends. The management have no soul or consideration for their employees, they treat people very bad. They dont care if you're sick, exhausted or are suffering. Do not join here.
