Pros

Your fellow employees are great as people. Extremely knowledgeable. Company has potential but things need to change.

Cons

Poor management, poor processes. Clients will treat you with disrespect and management will not support you (this depends on the luck of the draw, some employees get a lot of support, others get none). I had been asking for help with my workload for months with no real support or help and ultimately, I could not keep up with all responsibilities without the help and was let go because clients (rightfully so) were frustrated at the lack of progress and quality of product. Not a great environment if you are an introvert.

Pros

Some great coworkers Free downtown parking

Cons

If you want to work for a narcissist that will blame you for all of his actions, or be spoken down to in front of all of your coworkers then this is the place for you. If you want to feel like you have a workplace where you can't talk to leaders for fear of getting written up, this is the place for you. Your hard work means nothing, working 13+ hours a day means nothing and won't be appreciated ever.

Pros

Great ideas , good learning opportunity.

Cons

Broken analytics product with a very poor platform development team Fakes sales promises with lack of execution Temperamental CEO with a childish attitude who favors certain employees for personal reasons Employees are underappreciated, underpaid and expected to give all of their off hours to work Leadership focuses on selling the product rather than improvising on it or mentoring and coaching employees Teamwork is not encouraged and upper management including CEO set a bad tone as you see the frustration trickle down from the top in the organization.
