these companies are managed by individuals that do not wish to hire professionals with expertise, but rather wish to hire sheep who do not know how to think for themselves. Not only is the compensation for these roles ranked SIGNIFICANTLY below the national average, where they claim " we do not pay oil and gas salaries" but the way employees are treated is unfair and not to mention psychologically unhealthy! This is especially evident when working at the Goliath Group that claims to be a "socially responsible corporate conglomerate management company" . When an idividual gets on board, you will be promissed big things like personal and professional growth, autonomy and the ability to make a difference in the organization. (FYI their interview process consists of 3 interviews where you are not given a chance to explain your experience but rather the hiring manager pointlessly talk with no end ..) After you get on board it becomes VERY apparent what your place in the company is where one is constantly micromanaged and even punished for performing their job responsibilities especially if they do not go with ideas that pop into management's head. These punishmets are ridiculous and can sometimes involve taking away basic human rights. The other employees within the conglomerate are so terrified of upper management, they are scared to open a window!!! (This is not a joke... it ACTUALLY happens) The worst part is when management has issues with employee performance, inspead of bringing it to their attention you could and WILL be discared by a phony letter stating " you are not a good fit".
there are several postings open at all 3 of the companies currently, but if you are not a sheep and if you are a professional really looking to find a great place to work ... PLEASE reconsider applying to any of these companies for the sake of your own professional future!
