Pros
I enjoy the job itself. Management and Staff is friendly. Company is expanding and just started to franchise so opportunities are there for advancement or to manage a franchisee store. They are flexible with your availability.
Cons
Ive had several days where i got a text 30 minutes before my shift starts telling me to show up an hour later or not to show up at all. Also get sent home early ( an hour or so) just about everytime i work. Im a good employee and am certain management would agree. So why this is consyantly happening is strange to me. I understand trying to save the company money to a certain extent but why would they want to lose decent employees when they are hard to find in the first place.
