* Will learn a lot of new technologies
* Can choose what specialty you want to work on (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, etc)
* As long as you're willing to learn, you will grow with the company
Cons
* Since it's a start-up company, expect that the team is still growing. And technology being used will come and go. (Not really a con for me)
