I felt supported from co-workers I shared shifts with. Unfortunately not from administration.
Cons
When I was hired, the organization was going through a period of transition. I was told the location where I applied and preferred to work was "opening in the next few months". Months went by, and the location still wasn't open. In the meantime, they assigned me to any location they needed coverage and my hours fluctuated from week to week. The lack of transparency, misinformation, and the stress that ensued from income fluctuations and increased cost of transportation resulted in me leaving altogether.
