Pros
Though few, there are some genuine people that work there and make you feel comfortable. They check up on you regularly and ensure that you’re okay. Sadly that’s a minority.
Cons
- Gossip culture; toxic environment - Low pay - No training - New staff are not always considered - Too traditional

Pros
A great place to work, many members of staff have been at the company for 10/15 years plus. Reasonably low staff turnover. It’s a busy architectural practice but there are good opportunities to progress if you’re ambitious and work hard. Strong client retention and varied workload.
Cons
Could be more flexible with working hours but is improving.
