      By luck you get hired, It founded by a sales person, you have free hand to do any process.

      Cons

      everything is cons. founder has sales background, so he is treating every one as a sales executive. he wants target, and high toxic like shouting and pressurising unneccessary. he is much frustrated. If you dont have any job in hand, you can join it for temporary to search some other job.
