Pros
Multicultural church. Relatively low cost of living in central Ca. Amazing outreach ministry. Strong soul winning church with no less than 20 salvations a week. Balanced teaching. Great office environment. Strong volunteer base. Plenty of benefits both personally and professionally.
Cons
Not a lot to do in the immediate area but close enough to skiing and surfing within 1.5 hours of driving. No shortage of work! You will feel the weight but you’re not alone. You’ll never work harder for the pay you receive, but you’ll never feel more rewarded when you pull together as a team.
