Pros

Big accounts. Lots of fun mini events. Co-workers were kind. There were a few leaders whom I liked and were nurturing to employees.

Cons

Toxic managing partners (not all). Toxic workload. I know agency life is not a walk in the park, but they will give you an overwhelming workload with no proper training when you onboard with them. My manager was toxic and harsh, and another one was just lacking empathy. I was even threatened that if I made a mistake on the account, the million costs would be deducted from my salary. Working overtime too is normal. There is also a high rate of quitting, and only a few employees last long. So you will be burdened by the mistakes of the past employees whom you replaced. Overall, this company gave me PTSD. It was that bad lol.

The managing directors showed favoritism. The CEO often appeared to be in a bad mood, which affected the work atmosphere. My manager was overly strict and demanding. The workload was excessive. I often received messages during weekends and even at midnight.

- Role ambiguity due to different works outside of your specified role. - The amount of works will drain you. - No prior trainings before doing the job, it will leave you anxious and confused. - OT's are hard to attain, for context, you'll need an approval before you can maximize ot's.
