      Lovely team of employees, good place for a home baker to learn professional baking skills

      Cons

      Crazy working hours and terrible communication between management and staff, way too much expected of the kitchen team who receive low pay and almost no training, staff were often stressed to the point of crying and were treated more like machines than people by management, sometimes too busy to clean the kitchen so hygeine gets neglected

      Free cake is one of the best pros! Most days are enjoyable because of the friendly customers - most people in there are in a good mood because you are giving them cake!

      Cons

      EXTREMELY poor management from top management to store managers. They will use you as a work horse and do not respect you. Shame, because it could be a great company to work for and the staff are all so dedicated.
