      Almost like a pyramid scheme.

      Work on your own terms.

      Cons

      No PAY! You don't get paid unless you help one of their realtors make a sale. This company recruit a bunch of no skill workers. Many of them are not fit to work in a normal job (lots of tattoos, druggies, losers). One of the things they teach you is to make sales to you your friends and family. Also spam all your social media with ads.

      Free food during the meetings, overwhelming support

      Cons

      Works only on commission, no hourly wage. Only paid if you make a sale. Recruiting family and friends, cold calling them on Sundays.

      Pros

      Potential to make a lot of money. Able to finish the schooling in less than 2 months. Allowed to build a team in order to become a business owner. Positive environment and great mentors that keep you on track to accomplish your goals whether it be getting licensed or making a certain amount of income etc.

      Cons

      To be completely honest: Only the people who didn’t put in the work complain about the company. Real estate is a commission based industry yet people complain when they aren’t getting paid an hourly wage here…
