Pros

The Idle Man is a relatively small business meaning you have the chance to work with everyone and on a lot of different teams and projects and everyone is pretty nice. The CEO and CMO are both in the office 99% of the time and you are regularly told about things that are happening in the business.

Cons

The pay is so low, like not enough to live on in London properly. A lot of the staff seem quite unhappy and the general vibe of the office is pretty hostile, people seem to leave quite often and the CMO can be quite intimidating as well.
