Owner, Byrd is a Scientologist idiot- self-absorbed and uncaring! Training LOL - are YOU reading and watching Scientology books and videos-Awful and insensitive place to work! Clearly for those who don't know any better than this and what real benefits and a company look like! No perks! No growth!

VERY relaxed work environment. Casual dress code. Good if you need some entry level experience.

Cons

The owner hires a lot from within his Scientology church so favoritism is rampant. Pay is low and owner admits that he doesn't pay according to market rates. The owner can get mad at you for one little thing. Not a lot of room to grow. Company is hesitant to embrace modern technology and business practices. Company uses Scientology materials as training manuals for all employees. Owner is cheap and skimps on health insurance and 401k. All the good talented people leave and the company is left with bitter employees who couldn't get a job anywhere else.
