Managers in Hong Kong fire people according to their personal preferences. She fired HR to create 3 working days a week for herself. She set up rules which never apply to herself. Non-management level employees need to take responsibility for managers' faults. She fired the packaging team but can't handle the leftover job and forced the whole company to pack products in Hong Kong. The worse manager and even human being I've ever seen.
