The other employees were great, we all suffered together

Cons

Management is a mess People constantly quitting and not getting replaced Adding on more labels but not hiring more people No product development team Takes forever to get a promotion (pretty much have to beg on your knees, managers don’t advocate for you)

great people to work with, enthusiasm in teaching new employees. an enviornment that’s rare as samples are made in-house is a nice experience

unstructured workflow between various brands and teams. poor standardization, resulting in time wasted. leadership did not seem to realize this directly affected motivation for managers and teams
