HR is too small, Nothing ever changes, company too large to be flexible when needed

The other employees were great, we all suffered together

Management is a mess People constantly quitting and not getting replaced Adding on more labels but not hiring more people No product development team Takes forever to get a promotion (pretty much have to beg on your knees, managers don’t advocate for you)
