The Khan Partnership Reviews

This review is from a former member of staff whose fixed term contract was not renewed due to lack of competence. All staff receive structured annual formal reviews and quarterly feedback reviews. Administrative staff work 9am-530pm work with an hour for lunch. Legally qualified colleagues work 930am until 530/6pm and longer if case deadlines require that. Staff rarely work beyond 6pm unless there is a particularly heavy and urgent case All staff updates and changes are delayed through regular emails and at fortnightly firm wide team meetings. All staff cannot always be informed about staff changes “when known” for good reasons of duties of confidentiality to a particular individual staff members.
