Pros

They do attempt to help the homeless population, its a bit of a bait and switch however. They do give a lot of time off however. (which you are forced to used if they decide to close for weather)

Cons

Low pay (one of the lowest in the city for nonprofit work) Terrible management Terrible benefits Zero room for advancement.

Pros

Trying to help the homeless population

Cons

There was very little support. You're asked to work 2-3 jobs on top of the job you are hired for. They leave out the parts of the job that might turn you off in the interview for every position. They ask you to cut corners and work outside your morals on a regular basis. The non-leadership employees are great people, the leadership is in over its head and takes it out on the workers frequently.
