Cons

1.Poor Management 2.Not a good place to work 3.Overworked for low pay 4.Inadequate Training 5.ineffective practices and poor care 6.Unprofessional colleagues The need for management to receive more training to improve effectiveness requires a diplomatic and constructive approach, lack of specific training or knowledge in certain areas. When it comes to work they don’t value their employees, you don’t feel that your voice is heard. NO positive working environment NOT everyone’s input is valued, as a result it wont benefit team’s productivity and morale the management is not responsive to employees and residents concerns management not discussing benefits and providing insufficient training poor handling of employees by management lack of communication, unfair treatment, lack of support feel undervalued and unsupported, which is affecting carers overall performance and job satisfaction. lack of clear communication about the benefits available to employees. heavy workload but receiving low pay hard work and dedication have gone unnoticed. no acknowledgment of their efforts the management is not responsive to all concerns, can be employees or residents tiring, exhausting and awful management. several issues related to the management practices that are impacting team's effectiveness and care standards. Management not discussing benefits and providing insufficient training. Ineffective practices and poor care Poor service quality. Need to Provide additional training to enhance the skills and confidence of the staffs.. Some colleagues are difficult to work with especially if they work their for a long time Mostly colleagues are bossy and entitled (impatient and rude)acting in a way that feels like overstepping into a managerial role. This behaviour has affected team morale and the ability to contribute effectively. The training they provided has been insufficient to perform roles effectively especially when you're newly hired. Understaffing in a care environment, that can cause the quality of care and the well-being of both staff and residents affecting the ability to provide quality care.
