20% positive business outlook
Pros
Nice culture great clothing allowance
Cons
sizing can be issues for customers
Pros
Wardrobe allowance (when they decide to give it to you)
Cons
Run while you still can! This is probably the worst place in fashion that I have ever worked. The CEO and all the directors have no idea what they are doing...its literally the blind leading the blind. There is no training or goals, it's like management has never managed people or processes. Everyone was socially promoted and it shows. The company doesn't understand American culture, and eventually it will fail and be pulled out of the US. Everyone is significantly underpaid, you might as well work at Starbucks. Communication has is terrible, and most of the French speaking people in Europe will not communicate with you if you do not speak French. The HR is outsourced so good luck reporting issues at the workplace. Benefits are trash, and unused vacation time isn't paid out if you leave. It's an overall terrible place to work with a TERRIBLE moral. Everyone hates their job and does the bare minimum. There is no growth, or room for promotion. I give this place 2 years before it is pulled out of the US. Everyday was a literal circus.

The results of the 2015-2016 Company Financial Reports
Cons
Taking the role was a huge mistake Unqualified, under experienced and un-regulated management Insane working hours Only work here if you really need a job Vain, Obnoxious with a zero Empathy policy type management Dangerous in respect to employees mental and physical health: over-worked, severe neglect, no training and pushing for better results and achieving targets, no consideration for well-being, dangerous storage of products and logistics (often with 10 boxes + of heavy stock arriving on one day for one member of staff to handle alone) shifts that never finish on time, don't ever pay sick pay even after probation period has ended. No opportunities in the U.K. for progression out of retail No training provided at all Staff often in tears Pushy commission based atmosphere which causes bad relationships amongst staff Policies constantly changing, not sure if there are any real established ones as decisions and explanations vary a lot and dependent on how the manager is feeling that day or toward a certain customer Full of false promises Getting moved around without notice No uniform Depressing culture Everyone was trying to leave
Pros
Easy job nice working culture within the store
Cons
The staff discounts arnt enough the buy the clothes
Pros
Great company culture, collaborative, empathetic
Cons
commission not great for sales associates
Pros
- The only perk would be the friends made whilst working here who also endured the horrendous work environment too, which pushed them to find new jobs
Cons
- When starting the environment seemed welcoming, especially from higher management, but soon realised there was such a high turnover of staff members. ⁃ Lack of organisation within higher management; all had different opinions and expectations and would penalise members of staff through patronising behaviour. ⁃ Comments made about staff members weight, customers weight, racist remarks and derogatory comments about different cultures and religions about customers from the most recent manager which made fellow colleagues uncomfortable and upset. ⁃ Most recent manager was a bully towards myself and other members of staff who would make us feel patronised on the shopfloor, area manager was told but did not care. - It seems higher management hire store managers out of desperation, rather than based on their experiences. Also managers don’t seem to follow the contract on ethics which is worrying for such a premium brand. ⁃ Lack of awareness and care around mental health, made to feel guilty if ill for any reason and also if you can’t pick up a shift if you’re busy (sickness is also unpaid, even with proof of a doctors note and hospitalisation note). ⁃ The amount of stress and pressure put on individuals is unhealthy and causes a negative energy at work. ⁃ Bad attitudes and bullying from management when under stress, also when store doesn’t perform to target it gets dumped on whoever hasn’t made as many sales. ⁃ Unprofessional manner from higher management, no positive or uplifting comments to members of staff, just negative comments made which in fact doesn’t inspire team members to work harder. - Minimum wage with no incentives, impossible to get store bonus due to economic climate.
