Pros

While TLN was a good place to start, that's where the pros seem to end at this time.

Cons

They used to be very responsive and seemed to listen but recently have become less and less attentive and responsive to both patients and their independent contracted IBCLCs. Their non-compete makes it difficult to set off on your own so think hard before signing up.

- Unlimited PTO - Remote work - Good work life balance

Cons

- Extremely low pay, like very low! - They will not pay for your internet when it’s a remote company - No workplace inclusion - For a “healthcare” company, we pay a high insurance premium - You will only get a raise if management favors you, not for your genuine hard work (so don’t work hard) - Management has no sense of direction

Fully remote, great mission, interesting work

Cons

Business is completely mismanaged. Barely any internal growth. A career deadend for majority of employees. Upper management is hands off and only look out for themselves. C-suite is impersonal and are there to collect a paycheck, not develop a business and its workforce.
